We have changed the go forward strategy for our sale product. This includes both custom and RTW products.
- Previously, when a fabric or RTW item goes on sale in a Summer Event in June or a Winter Event in December, sale fabrics and sale RTW items remain on sale on J.Hilburn.com after the end of the sale month for as long as inventory is not sold out.
- This can result in Stylists losing full-price sales, and it is not brand enhancing. We had too many sale items on our website, which dilutes our brand’s strength.
- Effective January 31, 2021, all sale products were taken off the website and will not be available as sale products on our website until the next semi-annual sale event in June.
- Going forward, we will only have sale product on JHilburn.com for the sale month and possibly the next month. After that, there will be little to no sale product on JHilburn.com until the subsequent end of the season sale event.
During the periods between sale months, you can still sell the product at the sale price, if inventory is available, through the Green Room, but you will not be able to use these items in Style Boards or on JHilburn.com.
