SUMMER 2023 SALE EVENT DETAILS
Our Summer Event sale is here! We are offering a private sale starting Thursday, June 1st and will go public with the sale on Wednesday, June 7th.
Promotional Headlines:
· Custom Shirts value priced at $148 will be “Buy 3 or More, Get $20 off each”
· Select Custom Suiting, Knits, and Outerwear up to 40% off
Private Sale Period — Thursday, June 1 through Tuesday, June 6:
- Custom Shirts will be 100% CV on all $148 Shirt Bundles. All other Shirts that are on sale will be 75% CV on sale items.
- Stylist-led: No marketing emails will be sent to Clients
- Sale prices will be visible on jhilburn.com; Sale items will be merchandised in Sale section only – with a link to the $148 sale shirts

Things to remember:
1. Products on Sale
The majority of product that will be on sale will be from Fall/Winter 2022 and prior. There may also be a few discontinued Essential swatches on sale
2. jhilburn.com:
The Summer Event product will be merchandised online in the Sale section of .com only. $148 Sale Shirts will be linked from the sale page. (Sale product will not be displayed in the category as well).
3. You will need to use .com to sell sale product:
You will have some fabric swatches for sale products, but most likely not all, since there are prior season fabric swatches in this sale. This means that you will need to be familiar with jhilburn.com to sell Clients products that are on sale.
4. Quantities:
Products on sale are limited in quantity, so it is to your benefit to start selling sale product on June 1st while quantities are available. Enter your orders when you take them. Don’t wait – as supply may run out.
5. Work Digitally
We have seen the best success during Sale periods when Stylists work efficiently with their time and use their digital tools – text, email, virtual appointments, etc.

FAQ
The event starts on Thursday, June 1.
There is no end date for the Summer Event. When a fabric sells out, it will not be restocked. On Friday, June 30, marketing for the Summer Event will end, and the Sale section will be removed from our site on Saturday, July 1. Sale items (excluding $148 shirts) will only be available in Green Room after Friday, June 30.
When a Stylist makes a sale, two Volumes will equate to each item: Personal Qualification Volume and Personal Commissionable Volume.
Personal Qualification Volume (PV-Q)
Qualifying volume from Client orders; matches retail price. Personal commission will be paid on a monthly basis to all Stylists with a PV-Q greater than zero. PV-Q is calculated after all discounts have been applied to the order and does not include taxes or shipping cost.
Personal Commissionable Volume (PV-C)
Commissionable volume earned from Client orders; a percentage of retail price. Full-price J.Hilburn products to be paid out at 100% commissionable volume. Third-party brands and any J.Hilburn sale items to be paid at 50% commissionable volume.
During this Summer Event, we are raising the standard 50% Personal Commissionable Volume payout to 75% to benefit more Stylists and increase their earnings.
You should contact your clients when the sale starts. The Company will send a client marketing email announcing the event on Wednesday, June 7th, however, you can take sale orders beginning Thursday, June 1st .
No. The price discount is only available on the fabric itself. It does not apply to the styling or personalization options.
No, we are unable to hold fabric for Clients.

Use the Fabric Inventory tab in Green Room to get the most up-to-date inventory status of SKUs.
Your Client can order ALL custom product online provided he has a confirmed fit profile for the category he is purchasing. Make sure to keep an eye out for Open Web Orders through your Green Room in case your Client “sends his bag” to you for review.
Private Sale period (June 1st – June 6th):
All Categories PV (Personal Qualifying Volume) = 100% of the sale price
Custom Shirt CV (Commissionable Volume) = 100% of the sale price.
All other Categories’ CV (Commissionable Volume) = 75% of the sale price
Public Sale period (June 7th – June 30th):
All Categories PV (Personal Qualifying Volume) = 100% of the sale price
Custom Shirt CV (Commissionable Volume) = 100% of the sale price
All other Categories’ CV (Commissionable Volume) = 75% of the sale price
Once Summer event is over (July 1st onwards):
All Categories PV (Personal Qualifying Volume) = 100% of the sale price
Custom Shirt CV (Commissionable Volume) = 100% of the sale price
All other Categories’ CV (Commissionable Volume) = 50% of the sale price
You are paid on your CV. Your PV dictates your payout percentage on the CV. Please reference the Career Plan for any further questions regarding earnings.
All sale products except Custom Shirts are available on your PURL under the Sale category and will not be displayed anywhere else on .com. The $148 Shirt Bundle will be a separate campaign found in the regular price section of .com.
The return policy is no different on sale items from regularly priced products. We ask our Clients to provide any returns or exchanges within ninety (90) days of the product delivery. However, because we are not replenishing the sale fabrics, remakes may not be possible because the fabric may be sold out. Please contact Stylist Care or Fit Advice so they can help you find a similar fabric style for your Client if an item needs to be returned or exchanged.
No. There will be little to no Spring 2023 swatches in the sale. Also, bundle pricing on select $148 shirts is only available for orders placed during the Summer Sale Event.
No. All suits are listed with separated SKUs for jackets and trousers.
