Introducing a NEW Top Leader Award – Top Growth Leader
Each Stylist was Ranked from Highest to Lowest in FOUR Categories in 2023.
How the ranking will be displayed is the following:
- 1 = The Highest Ranking
- You want to have the Lowest Total Points
- Your Rank will be determined by your total number of points
Category 1. Level 1 Stylist Sales Growth from Year Over Year
- Level 1 Current Year Sales vs. Level 1 Last Year Sales
Stylists must have a full-year comparison to qualify
Category 2. Total # of New Activated Stylists within the Current Year
Activated = New Stylist sold $500+
- To qualify Mentor must enroll and activate 2+ New Stylists within the Current Year
Category 3. New Stylist Volume in the Current Year
Total combined volume of all New Level 1 Activated Stylists
All sales must be placed within the Current Year
Category 4. Personal Sales Growth from Year Over Year
- Current Year Sales vs. Last Year Sales
- Stylists must have a full-year comparison to qualify

The following Studios are on pace to be our Top Studio Growth Leaders for Conference 2024. They currently have the highest dollar growth volume comparing July 2022-Decemeber 2022 vs. July 2023-December 2024.
For Conference we will be comparing July 2022-June 2023 vs. July-2023-June 2024.
Top 5 Studio Sellers
The following Studios Sellers are on pace to be our Top Studio Sellers for Conference 2024. They currently have the highest personal volume from July 2023-Decemeber 2023.

Top 10 Stylists

Circle of Excellence
Circle of Excellence Qualifications:
Stylists must maintain a minimum sales threshold each month.
Conference 2024 qualification Period July 2023 – June 2024
Levels of Circle of Excellence
- Highest – Platinum – $16,000+ each month
- Gold – $12,000+ each month
- Silver – $8,000+ each month
- Bronze – $4,000+ each month
