Stylists will earn 100% CV after the discount.
- PV (Personal Qualifying Volume) = 100% of the item price after the discount
CV (Commissionable Volume) = 100% of the item price after the discount
Example: Purchase of 5 shirts for $640.
(Logic $148*5 = $740 less $100 = $640).
The Stylist will be paid on $640 PV and CV.
You are paid on your CV. Your PV dictates your payout percentage on the CV. Please reference the Career Plan for any further questions regarding earnings.
