Golden Tape Program
- Company Goal: Achieve an Overall Remake Rate of 5% or less;
- Designed to improved Client experience (Alteration vs. Remake), improve Stylist productivity, improved financial performance
- Two Tiers – Golden Tape and Master Stylist
Tier 2 – Golden Tape Stylist
- ELIGIBILITY: Stylist must have an Overall Remake Rate of 5% or less to be eligible to earn into the Golden Tape Program
- QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet the threshold (# of units sold) AND achieve a 4% Remake Rate in a particular product category
- You can earn Golden Tape status in one or multiple product categories
- REWARD: Golden Tape Measure
TIER 1 – Master Stylist
- ELIGIBILITY: Meet the Tier 2 Golden Tape Qualifications
- QUALIFICATIONS: Achieve Golden Tape in our three major categories; Shirts, Sportcoats, and Trousers
- 6 or more new clients per qualification period.
- REWARDS: Golden Tape Measure + Master Stylist Logo on Stylist Locator. Product Profiles unlocked allowing multiple garments on a first order.
QUALIFICATION TIME PERIOD:
- Bi-Annual
- Qualification Time Period #1: January 1 – June 30
- Qualification Time Period #2: July 1 – December 31
- Golden Tape is not official until 90 days after the end of the Qualification period.
