  • Recognizing our 2024 J.Hilburn Brand Champion

    This year, we are pleased to introduce a new recognition award, the J.Hilburn Brand Champion. To be recognized as a J.Hilburn Brand Champion, a Stylist must achieve excellence across multiple growth pillars. 

    • Achieved Director Level
    • Recognized as Circle of Excellence, Platinum Seller with Growth for the past 12 months.
    • Achieved the highest growth among Level 1 Sellers, with a minimum of $50,000 in sales growth

    It is with great pride and admiration that we announce 2024’s J.Hilburn Brand Champion, Lisa Torba! Lisa embodies the best of what our brand represents. Her remarkable achievements and unwavering dedication are truly inspiring. We are incredibly proud to have Lisa as the first Brand Champion of J.Hilburn.

  • Spirit of J.Hilburn 2024

    At Conference 2024, we announced this year’s Spirit of J.Hilburn. This is a significant moment for our community as we recognize the true essence of J.Hilburn and the exceptional individuals who live out our core values.

    A Bit about the Award:

    The Spirit of J.Hilburn award represents more than just a title; it is a testament to our values and to the community living them “out loud” for the world to see. This individual is a beacon of light and lives with integrity, creating trust-based relationships, has a daily commitment to excellence, seeks out win-win collaborations, and inspires others through their communication, teamwork, responsibility, and love for life. These values define us as a community and guide our actions, both within our J.Hilburn family and in the world beyond.  

    To embody the Spirit of J.Hilburn means helping others deliver life-changing results, fostering a trust-based culture with Clients and Stylists, and promoting uplifting, reliable communication. It involves working shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow Stylists, taking responsibility, and approaching life with passion and continuous learning. The Spirit of J.Hilburn award recipient also provides exceptional service to Clients, mentorship to Stylists, and ignites confidence in others.

    We are very pleased to share that the 2024 Spirit of J.Hilburn recipient is Cameron Gatt! Cameron was recognized by the Stylist community for her patience, kindness, and support to her team.  When accepting the award, she was joined on stage by her daughters. Congratulations Cameron!

    Introducing a NEW Top Leader Award – Top Growth Leader

    Each Stylist was Ranked from Highest to Lowest in FOUR Categories in 2023.

    How the ranking will be displayed is the following:

    • 1 = The Highest Ranking
    • You want to have the Lowest Total Points 
    • Your Rank will be determined by your total number of  points

    Category 1. Level 1 Stylist Sales Growth from Year Over Year

      • Level 1 Current Year Sales vs. Level 1 Last Year Sales

      • Stylists must  have a full-year comparison to qualify

    Category 2. Total # of New Activated Stylists within the Current Year

      • Activated = New Stylist sold $500+

      • To qualify Mentor must enroll and activate 2+ New Stylists within the Current Year

    Category 3. New Stylist Volume in the Current Year

      • Total combined volume of all New Level 1 Activated Stylists

      • All sales must be placed within the Current Year

    Category 4. Personal Sales Growth from Year Over Year

      • Current Year Sales vs. Last Year Sales
      • Stylists must  have a full-year comparison to qualify

    Levels of Circle of Excellence

    • Highest – Platinum – $16,000+ each month
    • Gold – $12,000+ each month
    • Silver – $8,000+ each month
    • Bronze – $4,000+ each month
