What are the dates for the trip?

What expenses are covered if you go on the trip?
Airfare, hotel, & all meals will be covered.
What is the qualification period?
The qualification period is July 1, 2024 – October 31, 2024. Only Conference 2024 attendees are eligible to participate.
How many Stylists can go on the Trip?
Eight (8) Stylists will earn their spot.
Can I track for earning the Trip in more than one category?
If you are an Established Stylist (joined before August 1, 2023), you will be eligible to track in the Top Personal Volume $ Growth YOY track and in the Top Team Builders – Volume $ Growth track.
If you are a New Stylist (joined after August 1, 2023), you will be eligible to track in the Top New Stylist Personal Volume $ Growth track and in the Top Team Builders – Volume $ Growth track.
If you earn the trip in both categories, you will earn in the category with the better performance and the next highest performing stylist in the other track will move up a spot to yours.
I’m a New Stylist selling out of a Studio, what category am I in?
If you are a New Stylist (joined after August 1, 2023) and sell out of a Studio, you will be eligible to track in the Studio Stylist track ~ Top Studio Seller Personal Sales Growth.
If I convert to a Studio Owner or Studio Seller during the qualification period, which track am I eligible for?
If you convert to a Studio Owner or Studio Seller, you will be in the Studio Owner or Studio Seller track, regardless of the date you converted.
What if I earn the trip but cannot go?
There is not a cash reward or bonus for the trip and the trip cannot be substituted for cash. The Earner cannot transfer points, perks, or the trip to another Stylist.
If an Earner cannot attend, we will notify the next Stylist in the ranking order for the Growth Elite Trip.
Can I bring a guest?
This is such an exclusive trip we are not allowing for guests.
Are Rewards Trips counted as taxable income?
Yes. All income earned through the taxpayer’s business, as an independent contractor or from informal side jobs, is self-employment income, which is fully taxable and must be reported. Taxpayers must also report the fair market value of merchandise or products won, such as a prize or reward, as taxable income.
The 2025 Rewards Trip is categorized as taxable income and will be reflected in your 1099 in 2025.
