NEW THIS WEEK
As with all of our fellow retailers in the USA, we’re exploring a range of alternatives to mitigate the impact of the Trump Administration’s announced tariffs. We will provide you with more details on Monday. TAL has heard from other retailers about their thoughts, so we have a broad net of information that we are gathering and evaluating.
In the meantime, please understand that while we evaluate possible options, the new tariff structure may still have an unavoidable impact on pricing and operations; however, we will do our best to mitigate this.

The J.Hilburn Sales and Leadership Plan was updated on April 1, 2025. Key elements of this update include:
- Personal Sales Volume Bonus (PSVB): Starting April 1st and running through September 2025

Stylists, we have an exciting update regarding Denim production:
The Trinity Denim washes are available again as of April 1st!
This includes all three versions of the Trinity wash:
- CID2-DP: Trinity Medium Clean Wash Italian Denim
- JHD2-DP: Trinity Medium Wash Stretch Denim
- JHD4-DP: Trinity Medium Clean Wash Stretch Denim
The wash formula is still being perfected to achieve the quality standards we require for the remaining denim washes. This may take a few more weeks to complete, but we are working urgently to complete testing and resume production. We will let you know as soon as we have additional updates.
On our Summer Launch call a few weeks ago, we mentioned that we would be launching some of the fabrics digitally in April. Well, that time is here! These seven (7) new digital-only swatches fabrics will be available to order on Tuesday, April 8th.
These are digital-only swatches and are available in very Limited Quantities.

Additionally, we have 20 NEW shoes from Allen Edmonds, consisting of seven (7) new styles in various colorways.
Our second shipment of JHSU100 Grey and White Seersucker and JHSU101 Navy and White Seersucker has experienced a slight delay. While we still have some fabric available, please be aware that these fabrics may be placed on Backorder Status until the second shipment arrives on April 21st. Orders can still be placed as usual, so you can continue getting your Client’s seersucker suits ordered for their upcoming Spring and Summer events!
