Qualification Period: The qualification period is from May 15 to July 14, 2024.
Circle of Excellence – Platinum and Gold: Stylists who achieved sales Gold or Platinum COE from July – April.
- Three (3) Stylists from the Circle of Excellence Group will earn a spot on the trip based on the largest dollar increase in sales from May 15, 2024, to July 14, 2024, compared to the same period in 2023, along with the highest count of new client acquisitions.
Studio Sellers: Studio Selling Stylists.
- Three (3) Stylists from the Studio Sellers Group will earn a spot on the trip based on the largest dollar increase in sales from May 15, 2024, to July 14, 2024, compared to the same period in 2023, along with the highest count of new client acquisitions.
Established Stylists: Stylists Silver, Bronze, and other.
- Five (5) Stylists from the Established Stylists Group will earn a spot on the trip based on the largest dollar increase in sales from May 15, 2024, to July 14, 2024, compared to the same period in 2023, along with the highest count of new client acquisitions.
AND
- Five (5) Stylists from the Established Stylists Group will earn a spot on the trip based on the largest % increase in sales from May 15, 2024, to July 14, 2024, compared to the same period in 2023, along with the highest count of new client acquisitions.
New Stylists: Stylists who joined J.Hilburn after May 15, 2023.
- Ten (10) Stylists from the New Stylists Group will earn a spot on the trip based on the top 10 volume sellers from May 15, 2024, to July 14, 2024, with sales exceeding $16,000 for the current period, and the highest count of new client acquisitions.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT FOR ALL GROUPS: All Stylists must have a minimum of eight (8) new Clients during the qualification period to be ranked for earning. Earn

Twenty-six (26) Stylists will be rewarded with an exclusive weekend getaway in Dallas, Texas. This all-expenses-paid trip will offer an unforgettable experience as a reward for their exceptional performance and dedication to J.Hilburn.
Weekend Getaway Details:
Dates: Friday, August 23 – Sunday, August 25, 2024
Accommodations: Stylists will enjoy a stay at a conveniently located hotel, providing comfort and convenience throughout their stay.
Activities: The weekend itinerary will include a range of exciting activities and experiences, such as tours of Dallas landmarks, unique entertainment experiences, amazing dining options, and more.
Networking Opportunities: Stylists will have the opportunity to network and connect with fellow top performers, J.Hilburn executives, and industry experts during organized gatherings and social events.
Personalized Gifts: As a memento of their accomplishments, each stylist will receive personalized gifts and memorabilia commemorating their weekend in Dallas and their contribution to the J.Hilburn community.
