Weekly Update – November 14, 2025

HOLIDAYS 2025

We are pleased to launch a Client incentive for November and December: Seasonal Appreciation.

This exciting program rewards your Clients for investing in their personal style in November and creates natural opportunities for you to re-engage them in December.

Here’s How Seasonal Appreciation Works:

  • Clients earn $150 in credits for every $1,000 spent in November, up to $750 total.
  • Credits can be redeemed from December 5–31 toward additional purchases.
Watch the video below for more details on how to maximize this offer:

Seasonal Appreciation appeals to Clients who value exclusivity, quality, and smart rewards. This is an ideal way to strengthen Client relationships heading into the holidays and increase your November and December sales.

Fall is here – and the holidays are just around the corner! We strongly encourage you to place your holiday orders as early as possible. For any Clients wishing to place gift orders for the holidays, please refer to the order cut-off dates below. These dates are being offered as guidelines NOT as guarantees. If your Clients order by these dates, it is more likely that they will receive their orders in time for the holidays. Please note that denim is not included in the cutoffs because we cannot guarantee the delivery date this year.

The season of giving is here and it’s a perfect time to reach out to your Clients! To make it easier for you, we’ve added new holiday gifting and Winter Collection postcards to MOO.com to help you connect with your Clients this season. These beautifuly designed postcards can be personalized with your contact information, making it easy to stay top-of-mind as Clients. Just log in to the Jilburn portal on Moo.com and click the green plus sign to access the new designs. Order yours today and send a festive reminder before the holiday ordering cutoff dates!

NEW THIS WEEK

As part of our ongoing effort to manage the increased costs associated with recent duties and tariffs, we’ll be making some necessary adjustments to our option pricing.

We updated product pricing in late September to reflect these changes, and after reviewing the impact more closely, we have identified a few options that also need to be brought in line with current costs. These updates ensure that we continue to deliver the quality and customization you and your Clients expect, while maintaining the sustainability of our offerings.

The new option pricing will take effect on Tuesday, November 18th. Here are the updates we will be making:

We are pleased to announce that our suiting vest profile used for the Fashion Vest, Suiting vest, and the Formal vest has been updated to include a waist adjustment up to a maximum + 2″ increase. This enhancement allows our suiting vests to better accommodate larger Clients and ensures improved alignment with our sportcoat fit. For Slender Clients, we have the adjustable cinch belt at the back of the vest and our athletic vest pattern for very tapered Clients.

All existing suiting vest profiles have been updated to reflect a 0 waist adjustment by default.

When creating a new suiting vest profile for your client, T.A.P.E. will now recommend an appropriate waist adjustment based on the ratio of the client’s chest to shirt waist measurements.

As part of our commitment to providing the best possible experience on the J.Hilburn Stylist App, we are updating our iOS support starting December 1, 2025.

Starting with version 1.12.0, we will discontinue support for iOS 16.

This adjustment allows us to:

  • Focus on security and performance improvements in newer iOS versions
  • Leverage the latest iOS features to enhance your experience

If you are using iOS 16, you will still be able to use version 1.12.0 and earlier with all existing functionalities. However, we encourage you to update your device to access new features and improvements that will be available going forward.

Thank you for your understanding and for continuing to elevate the J.Hilburn experience for your Clients.

Over 50% of Stylist orders are now being placed in the Stylist App. Order entry is faster and leading to higher order value than the Green Room. Let’s all continue to make the Stylist App adoption grow!

As part of the platform transition, Starting December 1, 2025, three additional features will officially move to the Stylist App and will no longer be available in Green Room.

In the Stylist App, you can already access these features directly from the Home screen:

  • Marketing Toolkit – Accessible from the J.Hilburn Newsroom, Toolkits menu
  • Social Media & Marketing Center – Accessible from the Training & Resources section
  • Scheduling Appointments in the New York and Dallas studios – Accessible from the Training & Resources section

If you are not using the Stylist App yet, don’t wait! Make the switch now, as we move closer to using the Stylist App for all Client interactions.

As an independent contractor with J.Hilburn, Stylists must provide J.Hilburn with an IRS W-9 Form that includes their name, billing address, and social security number or federal tax identification number. This information is required for the IRS Form 1099 reporting.

We want to prevent you from receiving a notice from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) stating that the combination of name and taxpayer identification number (Name/TIN combination) on your account with J.Hilburn, Inc. does not match and needs to be corrected. A Name/TIN combination is incorrect if it does not match a Name/TIN combination shown on the records of the Social Security Administration (SSA) or the IRS.

Please verify your information in the Stylist App or Green Room by navigating to “My Account” to confirm your information is correct, as this is how J.Hilburn will file your 1099 with the IRS. Your account must reflect the legal name under which you will be filing your taxes.

If your information has changed or if you have not submitted your form to J.Hilburn, please complete and send the IRS W-9 Form to stylistcare@jhilburn.com as soon as possible. The form can be found in the Newsroom by searching “tax” or downloaded directly from the IRS website at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf. The deadline to send in your W-9 is January 2, 2026.

In this week’s Simon Says, Simon explores the pleasure of dressing up for the holidays, highlighting rich textures, refined tailoring, and luxurious fabrics like velvet and jacquard that bring personality and confidence to every celebration.

DON’T MISS!

As we close out 2025, we’re already looking ahead to what’s next — and there’s a lot to be excited about! From updates to our events to a brand-new product flow, 2026 is shaping up to be a year full of fresh energy and new opportunities.

Winter Event Update

Letting you know now, our Winter Event will not take place at the end of November or the beginning of December this year. The change in cadence is one of a few we are sharing today. More information will be coming soon.

SLS: No Sales & Leadership Summit This Year

We’ll be taking a different approach in 2026, instead of hosting the traditional Sales & Leadership Summit, we’re putting our energy into Regional In-Market Activation Meetings. These smaller, local gatherings will give us all a chance to connect with more of you directly, share exciting updates, and collaborate on ways to grow your business right where you are. Stay tuned!

New Year, New Product Flow

Big news for 2026 — we’re changing up how and when product collections launch this year. Instead of a few big seasonal drops, we’ll now have six product drops throughout the year. This means more moments of “newness” to keep your Clients engaged and more reasons for you to reconnect with them again and again.

Here’s what the 2026 product flow will look like:

  • January – Pre-Spring
  • March – Spring
  • May – Summer
  • July – Fall/Winter
  • September – Fall/Winter 2
  • November – Winter

This new flow gives you more opportunities to showcase what’s fresh, inspire your Clients, and keep the excitement going all year long as you help to build their wardrobes. More training and support will accompany each delivery. This information is to help you begin to plan out your 2026.

Our next Tips From the Top is scheduled for November 18th at 11:00AM CST. Please join us for a live demonstration of how to use the Stylist App during a Client appointment with our guest Stylist, Jessica Richau. Jessica will demonstrate how to guide your Client through an appointment using the tools and features available in the Stylist App.

Jessica Richau

Each Tips From The Top session features an experienced Stylist from the field who will share the strategies and steps that have led to their success. Don’t miss out on the valuable tips and strategies shared during these meetings.
