Weekly Update – April 11, 2025

NEW THIS WEEK

As you may have seen, the U.S. Government has put a 90-day pause on the majority of tariffs.  We are still analyzing exactly what this means for us, but for now, the price increases that were planned for Friday, April 11th, have been canceled.

If, after government clarification, there is still a tariff increase to our business, we will need to increase prices accordingly. We commit that the earliest it will happen will be after April 18th.

We will follow up with more details once the government clarifies exactly which tariffs have been paused.

We’re excited to kick off a new monthly webinar series just for J.Hilburn Stylists: The Culture of Textiles.

Brought to us by Chief Creative Director Simon Kneen, this series is led by Mariangela Rossetto—an industry expert with over 30 years of experience, including 20 years at Loro Piana. Mariangela will share the rich story behind the fabrics we work with, from the origins of wool to the beauty and craftsmanship woven into every garment.

This journey will lead us to in-person fabric workshops with Mariangela at the Conference in July, where Simon and his team will unveil the Fall 2025 collection. Click the video below to learn more about this series from Simon and Mariangela.

Register now to join the first session on Thursday, April 17th at 1:00pm CST:
