Quality Control Data in Green Room

If you have any questions concerning the way a garment was produced at the factory, you can use the quality control data available in your Green Room to confirm the specs of the garments you’ve ordered.

This quality control information can be accessed by clicking “View Manufacturer Quality Data” on any shipped custom garment.

The Quality Control window will display the Expected, Actual, and Variance measurements, as well as the Tolerance for each measurement.

  • Measurement- the area of the garment that is measured by the factory
  • Ordered – this will show how the garment was ordered
  • Expected- this measurement is the specification that the finished garment should measure
  • Actual- this is the finished measurement of the finished garment measured during the quality control inspection
  • Tolerance- Tolerance is the amount a measurement can be greater or less than the Expected measurement, and still be considered correct
  • Variance – variance is how far the actual measurement is from the expected measurement

Check out these 4 easy steps!

Step 1: Go to your Green Room

Step 2: Open your client profile and go to the order section
