  • Denim Update: April 1, 2025

    Stylists, we have an exciting update regarding Denim production:  

    The Trinity Denim washes are now available again as of today, April 1st!  

    This includes all three versions of the Trinity wash: 

    • CID2-DP: Trinity Medium Clean Wash Italian Denim 
    • JHD2-DP: Trinity Medium Wash Stretch Denim 
    • JHD4-DP: Trinity Medium Clean Wash Stretch Denim 

    As of now, the wash formula is still being perfected to achieve the quality standards we require for the remaining denim washes, which may take a few more weeks to complete, but we are working urgently to complete testing and resume production.  We will let you know as soon as we have additional updates.  

  • J.Hilburn Sales and Leadership Plan: Resource Guide

    J.Hilburn is launching an updated Sales and Leadership Plan on April 1, 2025. This resource guide was created to help answer common questions and provide you with resources for ongoing education about the plan

    Benefits of the New Sales and Leadership Plan

    The new Sales and Leadership Plan: 
    • Offers a faster path to Rank Advancements with the ability to earn up to $9,200 in Rank Advancement Bonuses.
    • Offers unlimited matching Mentor Bonuses when members of your team reach a Rank Advancement – Up to $9,200 per team member.
    • Removes inactive Stylists from your team and rolls active team members up.

    Key elements of the 4/1/25 update include:

    Your Career Title under the new plan will be your highest prior career title in the past 12 months (Aug ‘23 – Jul ‘24) as correlated into the new plan.  You can view your Career Title in the Stylist App under the “My Team” page or in the Green Room on your Stylist Scorecard.

    Yes, for the next 12 months, they will be a PSA.  You have an opportunity to keep compressed PSAs with a “1 for 1” PSA program.  For each new sponsored PSA you enroll by July 31, 2025, if they have minimum sales of $2000 in their first 6 months, they will remain a PSA as long as they are active.  If you don’t recruit a Stylist who sells $2,000 in their first 6 months, the compressed Stylist will be a Level 1 Stylist to you.

    The rules are based on the ones implemented earlier: 

    Title Achievement Bonus :

    Stylists are eligible for a Title Achievement Bonus (one time only per Business Title). Title Achievement Bonuses are paid for Executive Style Consultant, Style Leader, Executive Style Leader, and Managing Director. To receive any Title Achievement Bonus, a Stylist must be eligible and have promoted to that Business Title for the very first time. The Title Achievement Bonus will be paid on the next commission payment.

    Mentor Matching Title Achievement Bonus:

    Mentors who have a Level 1 Stylist who achieves a Title Achievement Bonus, may be eligible for a matching bonus. To be eligible, the Mentor must be at or above the title that the level 1 Stylist Achieved. (Example: Level 1 achieves Style Leader Title Achievement Bonus and earns $1,000. The Mentor is a Senior Style Leader, they will receive a matching $1,000 bonus).  The Stylist does not have to be a PSA for the Mentor to be eligible.

    Yes, if you acquire a PSA in compression, you will have the opportunity to help your new Level 1 promote up and receive the matching mentor bonuses. If they promote up in the next 12 months, they are recognized as your PSA.   After July 31, 2025, you will continue to earn matching TAB bonuses on this individual, if you earned them as a PSA from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025. To be eligible, the Mentor must be at or above the title that the level 1 Stylist achieved.

    In Revolution (both in the Stylist App & the Green Room) – after compression – there will be visibility up to Level 8.

    We want to inform you that the following Seersucker fabric SKUs have been reactivated and are available to sell again.

    • CA117 White Solid Seersucker
    • CA118 White with Blue Dot Seersucker

    Please note that due to the nature of Seersucker fabrics, slight variations in the fabrics can occur. These are not flaws but characteristics of Seersucker.

    We are pleased to announce an exciting update to our split-front knits. Based on valuable feedback from stylists and clients, we have adjusted the distance from the last button to the hem. This update ensures better alignment with our dress shirts. All split-front knits ordered after March 17th will feature this improvement.

    The following shirting and knit buttons are temporarily out of stock at VTG. Expected replenishment dates for these items are noted below. In the interim, we have temporarily deactivated order entry for these button.

    • Oxford Blue – Replenishment expected April 6
    • Dune Mother of Pearl – Replenishment expected mid-April
    • Storm Blue Mother of Pearl – Replenishment expected mid-April

    The sportcoat linings listed below are currently unavailable at the factory. Please refer to the table below for updates on each lining.

    We do not have an ETA for the Taupe/Navy Paisley or the Light Blue Stretch  lining yet. Our supplier is having challenges matching our color standard for the replenishment. We are working closely with them and will continue to update you on our progress. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as we receive more information. These are currently not available to select.

  • Summer 2025 Collection Training

    Introducing our newest collection for Summer 2025

    This season there are nine (9) new Suiting swatches from our mills including J.Hilburn (JHSU – J.Hilburn sourced), Vitale Barberis Canonico, and Loro Piana Cloth.

    We’ve brought in a New Irish Crème Linen to replace the current Ivory Linen available as a full suit, in formal, and as a shirt jacket.  This swatch will come with Pre-Fall swatches.

    We have two seersucker swatches as well as two new pinstripe swatches.  The Pinstripe swatches will be digital only.

    Additionally, there are two (2) new knit sportcoats from Loro Piana Cloth.

    We brought in sixteen (16) new Shirting swatches from mills including J.Hilburn (JHS – J.Hilburn sourced), Soktas, Albini, and Thomas Mason. Albini and Thomas Mason will be digital only swatches.

    We have new colorways in our Supima Interlock Jersey (1), Sandwashed Pique Knits (2) and the Italian Tech Knit (1).

    For pants, there are new colors in Americano (2), Textured 4-Way Stretch (1) and Tech Stretch Twill (1).

    In total, we have 33 new swatches across our four categories.
