This fall, we are launching several fit updates for Outerwear Jackets, Suiting and Fashion Vests, and the Relaxed Chino. Please watch the short video below covering each of these updates.
As part of our ongoing strategy to keep our site fresh and focused, on Aug 15, we will be removing items primarily from Spring 2024 and earlier. These items will no longer be available for purchase. These products have had great runs—spanning full price and discount opportunities—but it’s time to make space for exciting new inventory ahead. This update will help streamline the site experience for everyone by keeping the spotlight on current, relevant styles.
A list of the retiring items is included for your reference so you can plan accordingly.
Also, as a reminder, we will remove select Spring/Summer items from the site at the end of September. We will send more communication about that in a few weeks.

At Conference, Simon announced our partnership with our new PR firm, LGC. We are very excited to be working with LGC to increase J.Hilburn’s visibility in media. We know you are too, however, we want to remind you that LGC is engaged to work with J.Hilburn’s Home Office team to represent the brand as a whole, not with individual Stylists.
Please do not reach out to the LGC team directly to inquire about media opportunities. All local marketing inquiries for Stylists need to be routed to the Home Office Team for approval. Please reach out to the Stylist Success Team if you have questions or need assistance.
Great news for Stylists with Clients that live in Massachusetts! The MA Sales Tax Holiday is happening next weekend – Saturday, August 10 & Sunday, August 11 – and it’s the perfect time to drive sales with your Clients.
Here’s what you need to know:
- What: Massachusetts tax-free weekend applies to most retail items up to $2,500.
- When: Saturday, August 10 – Sunday, August 11.
- Why it matters: Your clients can save 6.25% in sales tax on eligible purchases – that’s a great incentive to invest in custom or RTW pieces for fall.
- Important: The shipping address on the order must be in Massachusetts for it to qualify for the tax exemption.
We’ll be sending a client-facing email out this Saturday, August 2nd to promote the Tax-Free Weekend, but now is the time to reach out personally to your Clients and:
- Offer a quick wardrobe refresh or fitting appointment
- Suggest higher-ticket items (suiting, outerwear, etc.) they’ve been considering
- Encourage them to take advantage of the tax savings before the weekend ends
We’ll also host a brief Zoom touch-base to talk strategy, answer questions, and share ideas on how to make the most of the weekend:

We temporarily removed them from the online store while we utilized some of the inventory for a live Stylist Store during Conference last week, but they are now back online. MONDAY, AUGUST 4TH AT 1:00 PM CST!
Join Chief Creative Officer Simon Kneen and Director of Merchandising Nicole Coury on Monday, August 4th, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM CST for a special kickoff call where we will unveil our highly anticipated Fall/Winter Collection. Learn about the inspiration behind the collection and the looks that will define the season. During this call, Simon and Nicole will walk you through all aspects of the new collection, including Key Looks, new styles, fabrics, and options.
HAVE YOUR SALES TOOLS AND SWATCHES ON HAND FOR THE CALL.
Be ready to take notes. The call will be recorded and available as soon as possible.
Attending this training call is an excellent opportunity to equip yourself with the essential product knowledge for the upcoming selling season so that you can wow your Clients with this exciting collection.
The 2025 Fall/Winter Collection will be available to sell on Tuesday, August 5th.
We are excited to open pre-orders for the PRINTED version of the Fall/Winter 2025 Lookbook at $6.00 per piece. Although tariffs increased our price for the Lookbooks, we’re happy to share that YOUR price will not increase this year! The Lookbooks will be available in the Stylist Store in Packs of 5 for $30. Delivery is expected in early August to align with the launch of the season.
This PRINTED version of the Lookbook will not replace the expanded DIGITAL Lookbook that will be available before the Fall launch.
There are many reasons you should invest in this great marketing tool, including:

Friendly reminder to take advantage of the Personal Sales Volume Bonus (PSVB), a great way to reward your hard work and help you grow your earnings! From April 2025 through September 2025, Stylists can earn up to an additional 3.1% bonus on their personal monthly sales volume.
The program begins at the Circle of Excellence (COE) Gold level, starting at $12,000 in monthly sales, and includes tiered bonus opportunities:
- Earn a $150 bonus when you reach COE Gold ($12K monthly PSV).
- For every additional $4,000 in Personal Sales Volume, you’ll earn an extra $150 bonus—all the way up to 3X Platinum COE ($48K).
This 6-month test program reflects our commitment to put more money in your pocket and recognize your personal sales success.
