Based on our previous successful partnership, we have reinstated our working relationship with Allen Edmonds to offer you and your Clients a wider selection of new shoes.
We will continue to carry To Boot New York shoes in addition to the new assortment from Allen Edmonds, allowing you to offer a wider selection of shoes to your clients.
Allen Edmonds has a great history of producing quality shoes that men love to wear. They will be fully supporting us with inventory, including wide sizes, and are willing to work with us for special order needs.

We’ve recently received some requests for classic gingham and bright colors in shirting, so we have reactivated some fabrics we have on hand to test demand. The following five SKUs are now live and priced at $148:
- SOM8
- SOM9
- SOM10
- SOM13
- SOK8
We are so excited to see the success of the new Italian Knit pant program we introduced in the Pre-Spring collection. You have done a great job selling the Black pant – and we are almost through our fabric inventory in that color. We will not be reordering the Black color because the fabric mill is having challenges matching our original color standard. But we have 2 new colors launching in a few weeks with our Spring 2025 collection. So, be sure to reach back out to your clients when the new colors arrive!
Loro Piana has seen great success with this quality – and Navy is a best-selling color! They are scrambling to keep up with the high demand and normally have a 120-day lead time for production. Right now, they are quoting early March for replenishment. We are working closely with them to monitor the progress. In the meantime, we have put LP162 Navy Australis as “temporarily unavailable” until March 10. We will update you if the situation improves.
In the meantime, here are some alternatives you can offer your Client – A1N Navy Revenge or F1L Navy Fancy Solid.

The printed Spring 2025 Collection Lookbooks pre-order is now open. Spring Lookbooks are available in packs of five (5) for $30 ($6 per book). We’re excited to offer you this opportunity to maximize your business by putting J.Hilburn in the hands of new Clients and helping your new Stylists get off to a great start.
How Do I Pre-Order the Lookbooks?
To place your pre-order, visit the Stylist Store. A new SKU has been added for purchase, (SS25Lookbook-5pack). Please place your pre-order by 1/10/25. We will not have extra copies on hand for future purchase, so be sure to anticipate all your spring selling needs and pre-order a large enough quantity to last you throughout the season.
As an independent contractor with J.Hilburn, Stylists must provide J.Hilburn with an IRS W-9 Form that includes your name, billing address, and social security number or federal tax identification number. This information is required for the IRS Form 1099 reporting.
Please check your information in the Green Room by going to your My Account (at the top right of the Green Room Home Page) to confirm your information is correct, as this is how J.Hilburn will be filing your 1099 with the IRS. Your account must reflect the legal name under which you will be filing your taxes or you may email a new W9 to stylistcare@jhilburn.com
If your information has changed or if you have not submitted your form to J.Hilburn, please complete and send the IRS W-9 Form. The form can be found in the Newsroom by searching “tax” and can also be downloaded from the IRS website at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf.
We want to prevent you from receiving a notice from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) stating that the combination of the name and taxpayer identification number (Name/TIN combination) on your account with J.Hilburn, Inc. does not match and needs to be corrected. A Name/TIN combination is incorrect if it does not match a Name/TIN combination shown on the records of the Social Security Administration (SSA) or the IRS.
The Holidays are here! We strongly encourage you to place your holiday orders as early as possible. For any clients wishing to place gift orders for the holidays, please refer to the order cut-off dates below. These dates are being offered as guidelines NOT as guarantees. If your clients order by these dates, it is more likely that they will receive their orders in time for the holidays.
For your convenience, holiday order deadlines can also be found on the home page of the Green Room in the upper left corner.

Due to a quality issue, we have to temporarily deactivate the Heather Blue jacket lining. We expect the replenishment to arrive and be available to select again by January.

Our annual Winter Event continues! Here are some important key facts and dates:
- The Public portion of the Winter Event will run through December 31st.
- 50% PV-C began on Sunday, December 8th, and continues through the end of the Winter Event on Tuesday, December 31st.
- Our Winter Event will have compelling prices for Clients of up to 40% off. The products on sale during the Winter Event will be from Spring/Summer 2024 and older. A limited number of Essential fabrics are also included.
- All Winter Event products will be available on your PURL under the “Sale” category and will not be displayed anywhere else on JHilburn.com.

Take advantage of the last weeks of the Direct Client Acquisition Bonus!
