QUALIFICATION PERIOD
A4: June 1, 2023 through October 31, 2023. All qualifying New Stylists must be enrolled by October 31, 2023 at 11:59 pm EST.
A5: Yes, there is a minimums for both Established Stylists and New Stylist.
- Established Stylists must enroll a minimum of 3 New Stylists
- New Stylists must enroll a minimum of 2 New Stylists
A6: June 1, 2023 through October 31, 2023. All qualifying orders must be submitted by October 31, 2023 at 11:59 pm EST this applies to all New Stylists sales for Stylists who enrolled during the Qualification Period.
A7: Any Stylists who enrolled January 1, 2022 – Present are considered a New Stylist
A8: At least three (3) New Stylists for the Established Mentor and two (2) New Stylists for the New Stylist Mentor who were added during the qualification period must be active at the time of the Trip (February 2024) to travel or the Trip Earner will forfeit their trip and the next in line will be notified.
A9: At least three (3) New Stylists for the Established Mentor and two (2) New Stylists for the New Stylist Mentor who were added during the qualification period must be active at the time we close the qualification period.
A10: The current definition is in the Career Plan:
Active Stylist Any Enrolled Stylist meeting one or both of the following for Career Plan Qualifications and Bonuses: $500+ Monthly PV-Q $1,000+ TTM
TRIP QUALIFICATIONS
A11: Five Stylists will earn their SPOT!
- 4 Established Stylists
- 1 New Stylist
A12: There are two qualifications, Personal Sales and Teambuilding
Personal Sales Qualification:
- Sell $1.00+ over personal volume of June 2022 – October 2022 or a minimum of $32,000, whichever is greater, acquire 16+ new clients
Team Building Qualification:
- Enroll and activate at least three (3) new personally enrolled Level 1 Stylists during the qualification period
- The Top Four Mentors with cumulative New Stylist sales will be ranked high to low
- The Top Four Mentors in this category, with the highest New Stylist sales volume, will be eligible to earn the trip
- New Stylists combined sales must be greater than $20,000 during the qualification period
A13: There are two qualifications, Personal Sales and Teambuilding
Personal Sales Qualification:
- Sell $16,000+ and acquire 16+ New Clients during the qualification period
Team Building Qualification:
- Enroll and activate at least two (2) new personally enrolled Level 1 Stylists during the qualification period
- Must promote to Associate Partner+ by October 31, 2023
- All New Mentors will be ranked by the total cumulative sales of their New Stylists. The Top Mentor, in total New Stylist sales volume, will be eligible to earn the trip.
- New Stylists combined sales must be greater than $15,000 during the qualification period.
SALE QUALIFICATIONS
A14: The Client must have not placed an order from June 1, 2021 – Present to qualify as a New Client.
A15: Yes, as long as the transferred Client has not placed an order from June 1, 2021 – Present. Then the Client will eligible to be a New Client.
A16: June 1, 2023 through October 31, 2023. All qualifying orders must be submitted by October 31, 2023 at 11:59 pm EST this applies to all New Stylists sales for Stylists who enrolled during the Qualification Period.
A17: No, every new Stylist can contribute as much as possible toward the overall goal. Your ranking to achieve the trip is based on the cumulative total of the new Stylists sales so you will want to help them maximize their sales every month.
A18: No. Only the sales of the new Stylists will be counted toward the volume needed for top 5 ranking.
MENTOR QUALIFICATIONS
A19: There is no limit to the number of new Level 1 personally enrolled Stylists that can contribute to this ranked sales qualification.
A20: Yes, we will have a tie breaker
- Established Stylists = number of Level 1 rank advancements to AP+
- New Stylist = Number of combined qualifying New Clients acquired during the qualification period.
OTHER
A21: Yes, J.Hilburn will actively review Rewards Trip qualifying sales and eligibility. J.Hilburn reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Rewards Trip or the participation thereof for any or all Stylists at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including fraud, fabrication or any other causes that corrupt the integrity of this Rewards Trip and achievement of the minimum thresholds of the Personal Sales and Team Building Qualifications
A22: That is very unfortunate but all Trips are based off each unique qualification period and qualifications. There is not a cash reward or bonus for the trip and cannot be substituted for cash. The Earner cannot transfer points, perks, or trip to another Stylist.
We will notify the next Stylist in the ranking order for the the Growth Elite Trip.
A23: All income earned through the taxpayer’s business, as an independent contractor or from informal side jobs, is self-employment income, which is fully taxable and must be reported. Taxpayers must also report the fair market value of merchandise or products won, such as a prize or reward, as taxable income.
The 2023 Rewards Trip is categorized as taxable income and will be reflected in your 1099 in 2023.
A24: This is such an exclusive trip we are not allowing for guests for this trip.
