This individual is a beacon of light and lives with integrity, creating trust-based relationships, has a daily commitment to excellence, seeks out win-win collaborations, and inspires others through their communication, teamwork, responsibility, and love for life. These values define us as a community and guide our actions, both within our J.Hilburn family and in the world beyond.
To embody the Spirit of J.Hilburn means helping others deliver life-changing results, fostering a trust-based culture with Clients and Stylists, and promoting uplifting, reliable communication. It involves working shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow Stylists, taking responsibility, and approaching life with passion and continuous learning. The Spirit of J.Hilburn award recipient also provides exceptional service to Clients, mentorship to Stylists, and ignites confidence in others.
We are very pleased to share that the 2024 Spirit of J.Hilburn recipient is Cameron Gatt! Cameron was recognized by the Stylist community for her patience, kindness, and support to her team. When accepting the award, she was joined on stage by her daughters. Congratulations Cameron!
