We’re planning ahead for 2026 and have updates to share! Our Sales and Leadership Summit (SLS) will be restyled to bring a fresh approach to this important meeting. While details are still being finalized, one thing is certain—SLS will no longer take place in January. You can plan your January vacations and client appointments with confidence, as the event is expected to shift to mid-February.
As for Conference 2026, we’ve listened to your feedback and made some meaningful changes. To give you more time to enjoy your summer weekends, the event will move out of July and into late August. Mark your calendars: Conference 2026 will be held August 25–27, 2026 (Tuesday–Thursday) in Dallas. More details on registration and programming will be shared soon, but we’re pleased to bring you these updates now so you can plan ahead.
The Navy Standard Button option is temporarily missing from Order Entry for all Eco Tech Outerwear styles. If you’d like this button added to your order, please reach out to the Stylist Success Team for assistance via email at stylistsuccess@jhilburn.com, and our team will take care of it.

We know how important it is for you to provide a seamless experience to your Clients, and we’ve been working diligently behind the scenes to make sure our shipping process supports that. After studying available options, we are moving to a multi-carrier approach that strengthens our ability to deliver reliably.
As of Tuesday, August 26th, all shipments from Vietnam (VTG) will ship via FedEx, while suiting and outerwear will continue shipping with UPS. By partnering with both carriers, we are ensuring that your Clients receive their orders as quickly as possible—especially as new tariff regulations and the elimination of de minimis change the way packages move through customs.
We also want to prepare you for a small difference in how tracking looks with FedEx. You may see “Label Created” until the package clears U.S. customs, at which point live tracking will appear.
Although new customs audit requirements have slowed clearance times for all carriers, our multi-carrier strategy ensures we are doing everything possible to minimize delays. We are in constant communication with both UPS and FedEx to monitor packages daily, making sure your Clients’ orders remain a top priority.

We’re very pleased to announce that the Stylist App version 1.10.0 is available as of August 26th. This new version of the App introduces several enhancements to simplify your workflow:
Client Galleries & Albums – Create and organize client-specific photo galleries for easy reference.
Quick Client Access – Tap a client’s name while shopping or reviewing orders to view their details instantly.
Inventory Visibility – See real-time “quantity on hand” indicators (e.g., “<25”, “25+”) while shopping.
Order Tracking – Tap tracking numbers directly in the app to monitor shipment progress.
Stylist App Contests – Participate in new contests with leaderboards displayed on your dashboard.
Friendly reminder to take advantage of the Personal Sales Volume Bonus (PSVB), a great way to reward your hard work and help you grow your earnings! From April 2025 through September 2025, Stylists can earn up to an additional 3.1% bonus on their personal monthly sales volume.
The program begins at the Circle of Excellence (COE) Gold level, starting at $12,000 in monthly sales, and includes tiered bonus opportunities:
- Earn a $150 bonus when you reach COE Gold ($12K monthly PSV).
- For every additional $4,000 in Personal Sales Volume, you’ll earn an extra $150 bonus—all the way up to 3X Platinum COE ($48K).
This 6-month test program reflects our commitment to put more money in your pocket and recognize your personal sales success.
