The new Fall Collection is now available on the configurator, offering a great way to showcase styling options, mix-and-match looks, and give your clients a more visual and inspiring experience.

    We’re planning ahead for 2026 and have updates to share! Our Sales and Leadership Summit (SLS) will be restyled to bring a fresh approach to this important meeting. While details are still being finalized, one thing is certain—SLS will no longer take place in January. You can plan your January vacations and client appointments with confidence, as the event is expected to shift to mid-February.

    As for Conference 2026, we’ve listened to your feedback and made some meaningful changes. To give you more time to enjoy your summer weekends, the event will move out of July and into late August. Mark your calendars: Conference 2026 will be held August 25–27, 2026 (Tuesday–Thursday) in Dallas. More details on registration and programming will be shared soon, but we’re pleased to bring you these updates now so you can plan ahead.

    We know how important it is for you to provide a seamless experience to your Clients, and we’ve been working diligently behind the scenes to make sure our shipping process supports that. After studying available options, we are moving to a multi-carrier approach that strengthens our ability to deliver reliably.

    As of Tuesday, August 26th, all shipments from Vietnam (VTG) will ship via FedEx, while suiting and outerwear will continue shipping with UPS. By partnering with both carriers, we are ensuring that your Clients receive their orders as quickly as possible—especially as new tariff regulations and the elimination of de minimis change the way packages move through customs.

    We also want to prepare you for a small difference in how tracking looks with FedEx. You may see “Label Created” until the package clears U.S. customs, at which point live tracking will appear.

    Although new customs audit requirements have slowed clearance times for all carriers, our multi-carrier strategy ensures we are doing everything possible to minimize delays. We are in constant communication with both UPS and FedEx to monitor packages daily, making sure your Clients’ orders remain a top priority.

    Thank you for your patience, and for the professionalism you bring to every Client experience. We’re committed to standing behind you every step of the way.

    We’re very pleased to announce that the Stylist App version 1.10.0 is available as of August 26th. This new version of the App introduces several enhancements to simplify your workflow:

    • Client Galleries & Albums – Create and organize client-specific photo galleries for easy reference.

    • Quick Client Access – Tap a client’s name while shopping or reviewing orders to view their details instantly.

    • Inventory Visibility – See real-time “quantity on hand” indicators (e.g., “<25”, “25+”) while shopping.

    • Order Tracking – Tap tracking numbers directly in the app to monitor shipment progress.

    • Stylist App Contests – Participate in new contests with leaderboards displayed on your dashboard.

    Friendly reminder to take advantage of the Personal Sales Volume Bonus (PSVB), a great way to reward your hard work and help you grow your earnings! From April 2025 through September 2025, Stylists can earn up to an additional 3.1% bonus on their personal monthly sales volume.

    The program begins at the Circle of Excellence (COE) Gold level, starting at $12,000 in monthly sales, and includes tiered bonus opportunities:

    • Earn a $150 bonus when you reach COE Gold ($12K monthly PSV).
    • For every additional $4,000 in Personal Sales Volume, you’ll earn an extra $150 bonus—all the way up to 3X Platinum COE ($48K).

    This 6-month test program reflects our commitment to put more money in your pocket and recognize your personal sales success.

    To help support you as you close out the month of August, your Stylist Success Team will be available on Sunday, August 31st from 8:30AM – 5:30PM CST. There’s still time to earn a PSVB bonus for August, so let’s finish the month strong!

    The Home Office will be closed on Monday, September 1st, in observance of Labor Day. The Stylist Success Team will resume with regular business hours on Tuesday, September 2nd, from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST.

    If you need assistance during the Labor Day holiday, please utilize JESSI in the Stylist App, or email stylistcare@jhilburn.com or fitadvice@jhilburn.com. Email inquiries will be answered when business resumes on September 2.

    NEW THIS WEEK

    Please be aware that some packages are experiencing longer-than-usual delays while going through customs. Due to ongoing tariff changes, customs officials are following updated guidelines that require them to audit shipments more thoroughly. This is slowing the clearance process. While this is outside of our control, we will continue to monitor shipments closely and appreciate your patience as UPS works through these delays.

    This week’s Simon Says highlights exciting enhancements to the new suiting collection, including greater versatility across styles such as suits, sportscoats, shirt jackets, vests, and windstoppers. The youthful shirt jacket now features waist and hip adjustments and an option for suiting buttons (excluding delicate mother-of-pearl). The fashion vest is now also sold separately, crafted in a broader selection of fabrics for modern styling. Our popular windstopper receives a sleek redesign too—with a new button-out system and interchangeable fronts, including vest and hooded options, giving clients more ways to customize and layer their wardrobe.

The creation of this capsule was based on Stylist feedback that there are some Clients who shop for cashmere from designer brands and were requesting this type of product. The reserve selection is an exclusive addition to current cashmere outerwear, sweaters, and blends of cashmere that are available for all Stylists.

    This small capsule is a TEST intended to measure the appetite for this type of product. As such, we are initially inviting only SILVER AND ABOVE Circle of Excellence members to participate in the test. This group of stylists has received an email invitation to opt in to the test group. If you received the invite, please RSVP to participate and be put on the security group list for this capsule in Green Room and the Stylist App.

    Friendly reminder to take advantage of the Personal Sales Volume Bonus (PSVB), a great way to reward your hard work and help you grow your earnings! From April 2025 through September 2025, Stylists can earn up to an additional 3.1% bonus on their personal monthly sales volume.

    The program begins at the Circle of Excellence (COE) Gold level, starting at $12,000 in monthly sales, and includes tiered bonus opportunities:

    • Earn a $150 bonus when you reach COE Gold ($12K monthly PSV).
    • For every additional $4,000 in Personal Sales Volume, you’ll earn an extra $150 bonus—all the way up to 3X Platinum COE ($48K).

    This 6-month test program reflects our commitment to put more money in your pocket and recognize your personal sales success.

    This fall, we are launching several fit updates for Outerwear Jackets, Suiting and Fashion Vests, and the Relaxed Chino. Please watch the short video below covering each of these updates.

    We have experienced some colored shading issues on the Fall 2025 Shirting item AL249. Because of this quality issue, Albini will be replacing the fabric. However, this will delay the fabric’s availability until Pre-Spring. Providing the highest quality products is of the utmost importance to maintain our brand in the marketplace. We appreciate your understanding of the need for this delay.

    We know you are excited about the new buttons available in the Fall 2025 Collection. When we shipped the new buttons, as part of your Fall 2025 Sales Tools package, we did not include the Velcro to adhere the new samples to your button display. But, good news! Velcro has been shipped this week, so you should receive it shortly. And, even better news – We are in the process of developing a new button card that will have room for all the new button options. We’ll update you when it becomes available.

    As part of our ongoing strategy to keep our site fresh and focused, on September 16, we will be removing items primarily from Spring 2024, Fall 2023, and earlier seasons. These items will no longer be available for purchase. These products have had great runs—spanning full price and discount opportunities—but it’s time to make space for exciting new inventory ahead. This update will help streamline the site experience for everyone by keeping the spotlight on current, relevant styles.

  • New Stylist App Contests: Two Ways to Win!

    We’re making the switch to our new Stylist App even more exciting with two contests running from August to December 2025. Whether you’re placing orders yourself or rallying your team, there’s a way for everyone to play and win!  We’ve seen great adoption since Conference and heard success stories from Stylists using it, so now we’re giving you more reasons to use the Stylist App.

    Contest #1: Monthly App Champion Contest

    How to Enter:

    • Earn 1 ticket into our monthly prize drawing for every 5 orders placed through the Stylist App.
    • Example: 20 orders in a month = 4 tickets in the drawing!

    Monthly Prizes:

    • 🎉 $500 to 1 Stylist
    • 🏆 $1,000 to 1 Stylist
    Winners are selected by random drawing from eligible entries.
     

    Timeline:

    • Runs August–December 2025
    • Winners announced on our Monthly All Stylist Calls

    Contest #2: You & Yours App Contest

    How to Enter:

    • Achieve the highest % of App orders placed by you (the Mentor) and your Level 1 Stylists from August-December.
    • Have a minimum of $50k in TV from August–December
    • Be Paid As Style Leader or above at least one month, between August–December 2025

    Prizes:

    • 🎉 Top 10 Teams (Mentor + Level 1 Stylists) each win $500 in product sample credits per person
    • Note: Only Mentors and their Level 1 Stylist with 50%+ of orders entered in the App will be eligible to receive $500 in sample credits. 
    • Note: Stylists must have a minimum of 8 orders in the Stylist app to qualify for credits

    Timeline:

    • Runs August–December 2025
    • Winners announced January 2026
