    Allen Edmonds has officially launched at J.Hilburn!  

    We are very excited to be able to offer Allen Edmonds shoes as an additional service to your clients.  Allen Edmonds is known for their American-made, handcrafted, high-quality shoes.  In addition to their more traditional dress shoes, Allen Edmonds has expanded their line to include casual shoes such as sneakers & golf shoes, as well as their hybrid styles, and we are confident your clients will be delighted by this wide assortment and the versatility of the collection.  

    As our partnership evolves, so will our assortment offering as we continue adding to the collection.  Allen Edmonds has offered an incredible service by allowing us to place special orders, as needed, for extended sizes.  If you need assistance with a special order, please reach out to Stylist Care and they will be able to help fulfill those needs. 

    We hope you all were able to join our call live from the Allen Edmonds showroom in NYC where we walked you through their wide array of exquisite shoes.  If you couldn’t join us live, you may view the recording at the link below, in addition to the training materials.

    2025 has begun, and that means Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! We want to ensure our clients to look sharp for any special plans they have that day. Please refer to these dates below as guidelines for when orders should be placed in order to arrive in time for Valentine’s Day.

    Please Note the updated cut-off date for shirts, knits, and causal pants: VTG re-evaluated their workload and requested an earlier cut-off date to accommodate their TET holiday closure.

    Later this month, our partners at the VTG factory in Vietnam will be taking some much-deserved time off to celebrate the TET holiday (1/27/2025-1/31/2025). This will add one week to the lead time for shirts, knits, and casual pants – but rest assured, the lead times you see in Green Room will account for the holiday, and order ETAs will be reflected accurately. As always, please feel free to reach out to Stylist Care for any specific questions about your orders.

    We still have many fall fabrics available for Clients who are looking for solutions that offer year-round wearability and style. To help you share these styles with your clients, Simon’s team has developed nine new style boards. Check out these new style boards in the Green Room App! 

    We are so grateful that many of you and your clients are giving the gift of J.Hilburn to friends and family this year. Due to the incredible demand, our physical gift cards are temporarily out of stock. But don’t worry – they will be available again this week, starting Jan 8! In the meantime, digital gift cards are always available as an alternative. Thank you for your understanding and for making our gift cards such a popular choice.

    We’ve recently received some requests for classic gingham and bright colors in shirting, so we have reactivated some fabrics we have on hand to test demand. The following five SKUs are now live and priced at $148:

    • SOM8

    • SOK8

    We are so excited to see the success of the new Italian Knit pant program we introduced in the Pre-Spring collection. You have done a great job selling the Black pant – and we are almost through our fabric inventory in that color. We will not be reordering the Black color because the fabric mill is having challenges matching our original color standard. 

    Due to a quality issue, we have to temporarily deactivate the Heather Blue jacket lining. We expect the replenishment to arrive and be available to select again by January.

    As an independent contractor with J.Hilburn, Stylists must provide J.Hilburn with an IRS W-9 Form that includes your name, billing address, and social security number or federal tax identification number. This information is required for the IRS Form 1099 reporting.

    Please check your information in the Green Room by going to your My Account (at the top right of the Green Room Home Page) to confirm your information is correct, as this is how J.Hilburn will be filing your 1099 with the IRS. Your account must reflect the legal name under which you will be filing your taxes or you may email a new W9 to stylistcare@jhilburn.com

    If your information has changed or if you have not submitted your form to J.Hilburn, please complete and send the IRS W-9 Form. The form can be found in the Newsroom by searching “tax” and can also be downloaded from the IRS website at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf.

    We want to prevent you from receiving a notice from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) stating that the combination of the name and taxpayer identification number (Name/TIN combination) on your account with J.Hilburn, Inc. does not match and needs to be corrected. A Name/TIN combination is incorrect if it does not match a Name/TIN combination shown on the records of the Social Security Administration (SSA) or the IRS.

For any clients wishing to place gift orders for the holidays, please refer to the order cut-off dates below. These dates are being offered as guidelines NOT as guarantees. If your clients order by these dates, it is more likely that they will receive their orders in time for the holidays.

     Our annual Winter Event continues! Here are some important key facts and dates:

    • The Public portion of the Winter Event will run through December 31st.
    •  50% PV-C began on Sunday, December 8th, and continues through the end of the Winter Event on Tuesday, December 31st.
    • Our Winter Event will have compelling prices for Clients of up to 40% off.  The products on sale during the Winter Event will be from Spring/Summer 2024 and older. A limited number of Essential fabrics are also included. 
    • All Winter Event products will be available on your PURL under the “Sale” category and will not be displayed anywhere else on JHilburn.com.
