  • J.Hilburn Business Cards – Partnership with MOO

    J.Hilburn has partnered with MOO to provide our amazing Stylists with Business Cards, Printed Marketing Materials, and Branded Note Cards. Plus, we can now offer a 25% off discount. 

    How to set up your MOO Account

    1. Login into MOO, click the button below to access the J.Hilburn Business Account!

    2. Next you will setup your J.Hilburn Account with MOO, fill out your first and last name with your email and create a password

    3. Then you will need to wait for MOO to approve your account to allow you to access our discount. This can take up to 24 hours.

    4. After you are approved, you will then have access to the MOO tools and will be able to order printed marketing materials.

    5. You will look at the top right side of window and see a Green Plus Sign – Create New Product

    6. From the dropdown select ‘Use a company template’

    7. Next the Products will pop-up. Currently, we offer Business Cards, Leave Behind Postcards, and Branded Greeting Cards. As we add more materials, the products will no longer be “faded”. Select Business Cards to start your order. 

    8. Click a Business Card with the J.Hilburn Stylist Logo

    9. Click the Front of the Business Card – The Contact Template

    10. Then you will click into each editable option to add your information. 

    11. You will click the image square icon – QR GOES HERE

    Enter in your Information

    12. A new page will pop up and you will click at the top where it says QR CODE .  

    13. You will see a list of options and you select Create a QR Code that links to your website

    Click on QR Code
    Click on Link From Website

    14. We recommend using your Personal J.Hilburn Website or if you have a link for your Clients to book appointments. 

    15. Click Create QR Code and then you will see the QR Code appear on the Business Card template

    Enter your Personal Website Link
    Then the QR Code will populate

    16. If you have not input your personal information continue to fill out your contact information:

    Phone number, email and Personal Social Media 

    PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE OPTION FOR THE SOCIAL MEDIA – THE ICONS WILL STILL BE THERE 

    IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PUT YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA – Then you should use a style without social media icons. 

    Then continue to add your email
    Enter you social media information

    17. SAVE YOUR BUSINESS CARD – PUT YOUR NAME, to allow you to find your your Business Card. It should be the first card at the top of the Dashboard. You can always search for the file name.  

    18. You will get a confirmation after you Saved Your Business Card.

    Click Return to My Saved Products

    19. Final Steps – ADD TO CART, REVIEW ORDER, then Purchase!

    Then add to cart and continue to Check Out

    20. If you need assistance with your order or with using the Moo portal, please use the contact information listed on your Dashboard.

  • Stylist Studio Branding and Process Guide

    A J.Hilburn Stylist Studio* is a dynamic place where lives are changed, helping to fulfill our purpose statement—a purpose statement defined by creating sustainable custom clothing for men one relationship at a time. The Stylist Studio is a branded location, approved by J.Hilburn, where Stylists can build strong relationships with our J.Hilburn Stylist Field and clients in the local area.

    It is a gathering spot, a community-building place, and a learning space. J.Hilburn Stylists come to the Stylist Studio for sales meetings, home office visits, training classes, recognition, and more. Clients are attracted to the Stylist Studio through a unique shopping experience with their Stylist. This unique client experience involves melding technology, fabrics, and the Stylist & Client relationship.

    We have built a detailed document called the Stylist Studio Branding & Process Guide that you can find below in our PDF viewer (click on the image below). This document has everything you will need to get started and build a new center of growth for your business: the Stylist Studio program. If you want to learn more, we recommend doing two things first.

    1. Schedule a Stylist Studio Discovery call with your Regional Sales Director.
    2. Watch The J.Hilburn Stylist Studio Intro & Concept course in your School of Style training system. You can see the course tile pictured below.

    After these two necessary steps, you will be jumped into a phased structure with the support of the J.Hilburn Home Office team to help guide you through the process. Remember, your best resource is your J.Hilburn mentor and Regional Sales Director.
