  • Weekly Update – January 10, 2025

    NEW THIS WEEK

    PLEASE JOIN US FOR THE SPRING 2025 COLLECTION KICKOFF CALL ON FEBRUARY 3RD AT 12:00PM CST!

    Join Chief Creative Officer Simon Kneen and Director of Merchandising Nicole Coury on Monday, February 3 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM CST for your first look at our Spring 2025 Collection.  Simon and Nicole will take you through the new Collection, its inspiration, and detailed explanations of the fabrics, items, and Key Looks of the new season.

    Stylists attending SLS will receive their Spring 2025 swatches at the event. All other Stylists’ swatches will be shipped on 1/24/25 so that they will be received in advance of the call. HAVE YOUR SALES TOOLS AND SWATCHES ON HAND FOR THE CALL. Be ready to take notes. The call will be recorded and available as soon as possible. 

    There is no better way to be prepared for the Spring selling season than to attend this meeting and gain the product knowledge that will help you to wow your Clients with personalized looks from this year’s Spring Collection.

    The Spring 2024 season opens for sales on Tuesday, February 4th.

    Register for the Spring 2025 Collection Kick Off Call on February 3rd

    The J.Hilburn Studio located at 5350 E. Lovers Lane in Dallas, Texas, will be temporarily closed from Thursday, January 16th through Saturday, January 18th at 1:00 pm, to allow the studio’s team to attend the annual Sales and Leadership Summit. Normal studio hours will resume at the conclusion of the Summit.

    We faced some challenges with our sportcoat lining replenishment on this round, but the shipment is expected at the factory later this week.  In the meantime, we have temporarily removed these items from the Green Room until they are back in stock. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to restock.

    Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching and we’ve made it easy for you to share the love with your Clients with images for texting and social sharing in Custom Made Social. Cupid dropped these images into CMS in the Valentine’s Day category. Happy sharing!

    Please Note the updated cut-off date for shirts, knits, and casual pants: VTG re-evaluated their workload and requested an earlier cut-off date to accommodate their TET holiday closure.  

    Later this month, our partners at the VTG factory in Vietnam will be taking some much-deserved time off to celebrate the TET holiday (1/27/2025-1/31/2025). This will add one week to the lead time for shirts, knits, and casual pants – but rest assured, the lead times you see in Green Room will account for the holiday, and order ETAs will be reflected accurately. As always, please feel free to reach out to Stylist Care for any specific questions about your orders.

    Due to high interest, the printed Spring 2025 Collection Lookbooks pre-order has been extended through January! Spring Lookbooks are available in packs of five (5) for $30 ($6 per book).     We are very excited to be able to offer Allen Edmonds shoes as an additional service to your clients.  Allen Edmonds is known for their American-made, handcrafted, high-quality shoes.  In addition to their more traditional dress shoes, Allen Edmonds has expanded their line to include casual shoes such as sneakers & golf shoes, as well as their hybrid styles, and we are confident your clients will be delighted by this wide assortment and the versatility of the collection.  

    As our partnership evolves, so will our assortment offering as we continue adding to the collection.  Allen Edmonds has offered an incredible service by allowing us to place special orders, as needed, for extended sizes.  If you need assistance with a special order, please reach out to Stylist Care and they will be able to help fulfill those needs.

    We’ve recently received some requests for classic gingham and bright colors in shirting, so we have reactivated some fabrics we have on hand to test demand. The following five SKUs are now live and priced at $148:

    • SOM8
    • SOM9
    • SOM10
    • SOM13
    • SOK8

    We are so excited to see the success of the new Italian Knit pant program we introduced in the Pre-Spring collection. You have done a great job selling the Black pant – and we are almost through our fabric inventory in that color. We will not be reordering the Black color because the fabric mill is having challenges matching our original color standard. 

    Due to a quality issue, we have to temporarily deactivate the Heather Blue jacket lining. We expect the replenishment to arrive and be available to select again by January. 

    Below are some great alternatives we have available to select!
