  • July 2025 Sales Challenge

    July 2025 Sales Challenge: Achieve Your Target, Earn $100! 

    July’s heating up, and so is your chance to earn more! Here’s a challenge that puts extra cash in your pocket.

    The challenge runs  July 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025:

    •  Your target is to beat your 2024 Personal Volume (PV) by +10% in July 2025.
    • If you didn’t sell more than $910 last July: Your target is minimum $1,000.

    By achieving or exceeding your target by July 31st, you will earn a $100 bonus. 

    Combined with your PSVB earnings, your commission check will be even bigger!

     

    Example:

    Example Stylist’s July 2024 Sales: $1000

    Example Stylist’s July 2025 Target: $1000 + 10% ($100) = July 2025 Target $1100

     

    Check your PV in the Stylist App or Green Room throughout the month to track your progress. A tracker for this challenge will be available in the Green Room later this week.

  • Weekly Update – July 4, 2025

    NEW THIS WEEK

    The Home Office will be closed on Friday, July 4th, in observance of Independence Day. The Stylist Success Team will resume with regular hours on Saturday, July 5th, from 8:30 am – 12 pm CST.  

    If you need assistance during the July 4th holiday, please utilize JESSI in the Stylist App, or email stylistcare@jhilburn.com or fitadvice@jhilburn.com. Email inquiries will be returned on July 5th.

    We are pleased to announce that we have introduced two significant updates to our JH Fit program. The following changes went into effect June 17th:

    Expansion of the JH Fit Size Range

    Previously available in sizes 34-51, the JH Fit jacket will now be extended to size 60. Since the introduction of sizes 50 and 51 in April 2023, feedback has been excellent, prompting us to further expand our size offering. The JH Fit Uniblock extended sizing features a narrower shoulder, slimmer sleeve, smaller armhole, and shorter length compared to our current Extended Fit jacket. Additionally, it incorporates an adjustable shoulder point-to-point measurement, ensuring a more refined fit.

    Enhanced Waist and Hip Adjustments

    To provide greater versatility, we have increased the waist and hip adjustment range from ±2 to ±3. This refinement enables a superior fit for a wider range of body types, accommodating both individuals with a larger midsection and those with a tapered waist who do not require the broader shoulders of our Athletic Fit sportcoat.

    With these enhancements, our Studio Suiting is now more inclusive than ever, ensuring an exceptional fit for clients of all sizes. We look forward to offering these improvements and enhancing your Client’s J.Hilburn experience.

  • Mid-season New Arrivals 2025 Collection Training

    Introducing our Mid-Season New Arrivals for 2025

    This season, there are six (6) new Suiting swatches from Reda 1865 in the Super 130s Milano quality and from Huddersfield in the Bamboo quality.  The Reda 1865 fabrics are available as Full Suits and Shirt Jackets, while the Huddersfield fabrics are available as Sportcoats and Shirt Jackets only.

    Additionally, you will receive your swatches for the New Irish Crème Linen that replaced previous Ivory Linen, which is available as a full suit, in formal, and as a shirt jacket.  

    We brought in four (4) new Shirting swatches from Thomas Mason in the Journey quality.

    We have two (2) new colorways in our Sandwashed Pique Knit quality.

    For pants, there are two (2) new colors in the Italian Eco-Performance quality.

    In total, we have 14 new swatches across our four categories.
