We’re pleased to share an important update following our earlier communication. After careful review, we have landed on a price increase of just over 10%, a much better outcome than the initial estimate of 20%. This is great news, and it reflects our commitment to balancing the health of the business with your ability to drive sales and deliver value to clients.
As a reminder, these price increases will be in effect starting Monday, September 22nd, at 8:00 AM CST. To support you through this transition, we’ll be rolling out:
- Training sessions designed to equip you with confident client messaging.
- Field support to reinforce best practices and help you maximize sales opportunities.
- Practical tools and talking points that make it easy to explain the value behind our products and service.
We know price changes can spark questions, but we’re confident this adjustment is both manageable and strategically important. With the right support, it also creates an opportunity to demonstrate the long-term value we provide.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 13TH AT 1:00 PM CST
Join Brand President Simon Kneen and Director of Merchandising Nicole Coury on Monday, October 13th, at 1:00 PM CST for a special kickoff call where we will unveil J.Hilburn’s 2025 Winter Collection. During this call, Simon and Nicole will walk you through all aspects of the Winter Collection, including Key Looks, new styles, fabrics, and options.
HAVE YOUR SALES TOOLS AND SWATCHES ON HAND FOR THE CALL.
Be ready to take notes. The call will be recorded and available as soon as possible.
Attending this call is the best way to equip yourself with essential product knowledge about the new Collection so you can wow your Clients this Winter.
The 2025 Winter Collection will be available to sell on Tuesday, October 14th.
We are excited to share that in the month of September so far, 43% of all J.Hilburn orders have been placed through the Stylist App! This milestone shows the incredible momentum and adoption of our digital tools – making it easier for Stylists to serve their clients seamlessly.

It has come to our attention that some of you may have received suspicious emails recently. These emails are a form of phishing—a malicious attempt by cybercriminals to deceive you into revealing personal information or clicking on harmful links.
What is Phishing?
Phishing emails often appear to come from legitimate sources, such as well-known companies or even colleagues, but they are designed to trick you. They may ask you to click on a link, download an attachment, or provide sensitive information.
How to Protect Yourself:
- Do Not Click on Links or Open Attachments from unknown or unexpected senders.
- Verify the Sender’s Email Address carefully; phishing emails often use addresses that look similar to official ones but may have small differences.
- Look for Red Flags such as urgent language, poor spelling, or unusual requests.
- When in Doubt, Don’t Respond. If something doesn’t seem right, reach out to us directly before taking any action.
Stylists have recently reported receiving emails that appear to be a request from J.Hilburn to review blocked/quarantined emails. These are phishing emails. Please do not click links in these emails. Here is an example of a recent phishing email:

We want to inform you that the $149 enrollment option for New Stylists will be discontinued effective Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
This change is designed to streamline operations, simplify enrollment for both New Stylists and Mentors, and ensure every New Stylist begins with the full set of tools needed to succeed.
Starting Wednesday, October 1, 2025:
- New Stylists may enroll with either the $500 New Stylist Kit or the $199 Digital Kit.
- The full kit cost will be due at enrollment.
- Kits will ship as a complete package via ground service.
- The $500 Kit includes: Training & Onboarding Guide, measurement tools, seven (7) x $99 shirt swatches, essential and seasonal swatches, and all required components.

We’re excited to announce the relaunch of the Fit Library in the School of Style!
The first new module is the revamped Outerwear Masterclass, featuring:
- Short, easy-to-digest product profile videos
- Dedicated product landing pages
- Detailed breakdowns of fit and features for each outerwear style
- Downloadable guides to help you select the best outerwear for your Clients
To access the new content, simply open the School of Style from the Stylist App homepage and head to the Learning Library.
We’re always looking for new ways to support you with fresh materials to grow your business, and this season, we’ve created even more assets to make your outreach easier than ever.
For the Fall 2025 season, we’ve added more than 80 additional social media assets to our Social Content Library to help you engage Clients online.
We’ve also expanded the Moo Portal with many new printed marketing materials, like 5×7 postcards, 8.5×11 flyers, and more. Each piece can be personalized with your contact information and printed with a discount.
If you need something beyond these options, such as a unique advertisement, event invitation, or event displays, please reach out to us via the Custom Asset Request Form. This will send your request directly to our Creative Team.

Friendly reminder to take advantage of the Personal Sales Volume Bonus (PSVB), a great way to reward your hard work and help you grow your earnings! From April 2025 through September 2025, Stylists can earn up to an additional 3.1% bonus on their personal monthly sales volume.
The program begins at the Circle of Excellence (COE) Gold level, starting at $12,000 in monthly sales, and includes tiered bonus opportunities:
- Earn a $150 bonus when you reach COE Gold ($12K monthly PSV).
- For every additional $4,000 in Personal Sales Volume, you’ll earn an extra $150 bonus—all the way up to 3X Platinum COE ($48K).
This 6-month test program reflects our commitment to put more money in your pocket and recognize your personal sales success.
